Cette épice de couleur dorée utilisée dans les moutardes, les currys et les ragoûts est la clé de toute bonne cuisine. Utilisé à la fois pour les plats et les desserts, le curcuma ajoute une saveur subtile mais clé que l'on trouve dans de nombreuses cuisines indiennes populaires avec sa forte coloration jaune. Si un plat a une forte teinte jaune, cela est probablement dû au curcuma.
Provenant de l'Inde et garantie de qualité ici au Canada. Il est vendu dans un bocaux en verre avec une membrane pour permettre l'arrosage dans n'importe quel plat avec un contrôle total. La membrane est facultative et peut être retirée si vous préférez retirer l'épice.
